Logo Design Brief

I would like to create a logo for my property management company, Middleton Street Property Management. Feel free to try Middleton Street Management also. I would like the logo to be some version of the attached pictures. I envision a circle with an outline of the building, its features, and the live oak and Spanish moss hanging over the front. I'm open to other ideas that show the building. I am thinking dark green, dark blue or black in color. Look for Charleston Green as an option for a color.
