Logo Design Brief

I'd like to design a logo based on the Samuel Adams Old Fezziwig Ale label that I can use as a graphic on shirts and koozies. I've uploaded the original Old Fezziwig label here. I'd like it to look as similar as possible to this logo but not infringe on the copywrite at all. I would like it to look very slightly more cartoonish if possible. In the gentlemen's left hand I would like there to be a beer bottle. I would like my design to have is that the text on the ribbon will read "Old Fezziwig Boys". The Samuel Adams at the top can be deleted. The text below the ribbon I would like to read "High Stakes, Lone Star".
