Logo Design Brief

1. The name of my office is Dr. Arif Surani & Associates. I don't necessarily need this text in my logo, although I am not opposed to using it as well.

2. I don't have a slogan yet therefore I will not have additional text.

3. Generally speaking, the target audience is across the board. Everyone needs eye exams. However, the working population is who I am most interested in. particularly younger familes where the parents are between the age of 25-55

4. I am an optometrist. My office conducts eye exams.

5. I currently work beside a "Pearle Vision" - therefore if my logo blended in with their logo (green colour), that would be a reasonable direction, however I want to create something that will survive if I no longer work with them. My competitors are lenscrafters and specsavers.

6. I want to convey a professional, trustworthy, mature, health, and an evidenced based feel for the logo. I am open to something that shows technology although that may be hard to pull off. I want my office to be more tech forward.

7. I am open to any colour. I read blue is a good choice because it conveys trust for healthcare (preferably slightly darker blue) or green (representing health and wellness), however I am open to other colours. Perhaps and black background and white text could work as well, but again I am open minded.
