Tattoo Design Brief

I would like a 4 inch tattoo designed for my inner forearm in black ink.
Thin line style, feminine, geometric
text - No day but today - can be written horizontally, vertically, curved etc.
I would like you to use your creativity to incorporate some or all of the following elements: peacock feathers, a very thin waxing crescent moon, stars (or dots or some representation) of the constellation Scorpio.
Context: I am a cancer survivor who needs a reminder to live in the moment. I am a mom to twins who were born on a day with a waxing crescent moon and who are Scorpios. The peacock feathers represent my wedding to my husband as it was our theme. I'd love to see what you create. Please don't take my attached images literally. They are for inspiration.
