Our software enables call centers and telephone answering service providers to analyze the performance of their call agents when they talk on the phone with inbound callers (prospects and customers).
The message that we would like to convey in the logo is that we are able to provide useful insight into the calls which will can be used to improve the performance of their call agents.
Branding colors: Black and red is a good combination, but we are open to ideas.

- One idea is to have the Logo Text sitting inside of simple scope where the scope is the background image. Another idea is to has an image of a call agent wearing a headset, placed within a scope. We are open to creative ideas though. Simple and sharp is preferred.

- Text of Logo: The font style should be clear and easy to read. Not slanted. No decorative, italics or script.
