Tattoo Design Brief

I would like a Roman numeral CCXC . 290 is a max weight I got to and I want a reminder to never gain that weight back. Perhaps with words Never Again under it or the same words in Latin? The tattoo is for me so maybe all I need is the Roman numerals. I do want the numbers to be more profound than just numbers . This is going on my right chest so I see it daily in mirror
