Were you able to view the 12second mp4 file. This shows the upper right portion of the cross rotating 180 degrees. One way this could be depicted is as follows..


Image one the cross
Image two the little seven separated and rotated to 60degrees
Images three the little seven 120degrees
Final image seven to the power of seven (big seven, little seven)
