T-shirt Design Brief

I would like to keep the colors in this design the same as they are.
I added a file where I show what I would like to see back in the places where there is currently nothing.
It is about the illustration where the arrows are. I would like the same in the circles that are the same color where there are no arrows.
So that means what is in the red circle with the arrow that I would like to see in the other red circles.
I would also like the text to blend in better with the design.
