Apparel Design Brief

I m looking for a creative apparel designer to support me in creating a new fashion brand for anything beachwear and swimwear. This includes designs for different bikini and one piece swimsuit styles with technical specification sheets. The tech packs needs to be sufficient for a manufacturer to quote accurately and to start production. The designer needs to understand materials and shape retention while supporting the design journey. Furthermore I would like to add beachwear to the scope with coverups, skirts, dresses, scarves, bags and hair accessories.
