Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new pharmacy located in Mississippi. I would like the logo to include the state flower of Mississippi, the Magnolia, as well as the traditional pharmacy mortar and pestle logo. I would like the two logos to come together as one seamless piece. I like the idea of a silhouette logo, but I am open to other designs using small pops of color.
