Web Design Brief

We need a website design for a company called 'Seraphic Group LLC'. The website should be simple, elegant, and modern, preferably dark-themed. The company is a holding company with primary focus on investing in renewable energy, sustainability, and community impacting businesses /projects globally. Here are some sample sites and what we liked about them to incorporate with the design:
1. https://willventures.com/ - I like the structure, simplicity and flow of content that might be similar to what I'd like to do.
2. https://angelinaswann.com/ - I like the imagining and color scheme blending the black/gold/maroon, giving that regal / very elegant / high-quality feel that should blend with this first draft of the logo
3. https://rekrutacja.pwr.edu.pl/ - I like the quality and User Experience / Interface
