Logo Design Brief

We are a financial services company helping those close to retirement age plan for their retirement and make sure they have a "happy and worry-free retirement" with no issues of running out of money during their lifetime. We are changing the name of our company and need an updated logo. The logo should include our company name of ETS Wealth Management, along with the tagline The Retirement Advisors. The logo should be professional and modern, but nothing too trendy. Our current logo has yellow, navy, and burgundy in it, but we are open to new colors, or even just one color. We like blues and greens, even a black and gold combo. We also like the idea of incorporating a lion head into the logo as it signifies strength, guardianship, and protection which is what we do with our clients' money, but we are open to any and all suggestions! Just nothing too "finance-y" in the logo like cash, money signs, trees, etc.
