Logo Design Brief

De Dikke Belg, translated to english, The Fat Belgian, is a food review website. I would like to have a logo created that represents the name. It therefor must include the "fat" part of the name by including a fat character in the logo.
I am looking for a logo that is minimalistic but somewhat cartoonish. I have some examples Chat GPT generated for me but would like to have an actual artist have a go at it too.

All logo's MUST include a fat belgian man. You can choose to make this man bearded or not. I think bearded will add to the complexity but that choice is up to you.

Midjourney examples I liked are included in the attachment. NOTE THAT THESE LOGO'S ARE FAR FROM READY AND THESE ONLY REPRESENT ELEMENTS OR COLORS THAT I LIKED.

Note that the logo needs to have the ability to be used on:
- Website
- T-shirts
- Trophies'
- Stickers
- ...

The logo's from midjourney I liked the most where the ones where you had a clear character visible holding a beer and having a chefs hat where the belly was visible. No nipples though but do add the "fat" chin.

I will give total freedom to come up with a logo within these boundaries, however I have an idea in my mind that can score you bonus points but I am not a designer so take these with a grain of salt if this seems ugly:
1. Use the D from De Dikke Belg To represent the belly of the "Fat Belgian"
2. Belgium is a country heavily known for its great beer. Include this beer in the logo. This can be a glass, this can be a bottle OR you could pay with the colors of the skin of the "fat belgian" and make the "chefs hat" the white cream of the beer that is normally found on top of the glass

Things you could try, because I am not sure if this is a good idea:
A. You can try variants where this logo is circled and you build the logo within that circle. I have one example that shows this circle but I was not a fan of the content within, I think this will make the logo easier to recognize and gives of a looney toones vibe in my personal opinion. I do not know if this will be too cartoonish though.
B. Belgium has a couple of artist that write strip books. Think of Jommeke for example. If the logo could be in this style that could be a nice check but I do not think this will be "modern" enough
