Web Design Brief

I have a logo designed for my web and mobile based app. I would like a set of matching templates designed to present the various types of content the app will deliver to users. Please design for me a set of html and css based templates to present the web based content.
The chosen template designs will have a colour scheme complimentary to my existing LifeQuest logo. I have attached the LifeQuest Logo.
