Logo Design Brief

I have a clear vision for my logo but I don't have the skills to create it. Please take the modified photo from below, get rid of the background and make it into a circle logo around it. Please use borders as needed. The top should say My Pup's Remedy ( bolder/ bigger)and healing treats should be on the bottom a bit smaller. Feel free to add bullets to separate the name from the tag.
Just to be super clear, this should be a clean circular logo with the modified photo in the center and the name in the top section- the tag in the bottom.
