Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new service for activities and events displayed on a map. The service will be launched in both a web version and an app version. The symbol will need to look nice in an app icon.
We want a logo that symbolizes finding the right activity in the right place. We want it to feel modern and also appeal to the younger generation.
We will need the logo in variants both as a stand-alone icon but also together with the name Activator.
If the design becomes complicated or with many colors, we also need simpler variants as a complement for e.g. single color printing.
