We need a T-shirt design for runners who run for the mental health benefits. The brand is called 'High Miles'.
Runners call the high they get after running 'Runners High', which include mental clarity, lower stress, elevate mood. Some people describe running as their therapy.
We want our customers to feel proud to wear the shirt but also want the shirt to spread positivity.
