Graphic Design Brief

I need a logo for our grazing business. We breed Brangus Cattle on our remote NW Queensland property. It needs to be simple in colour and design. I want to incorporate a Black Brangus Bull(no horns), and something that symbolises the grass, as we are a grass fed operation.(Spear Grass/Blue Grass, Kangaroo Grass are examples) I want to include the name of our property, 'Maiden Springs' and our names, MR and TJ Murphy.
