Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for our 6 year old pressure washing and window cleaning company. We do not want any cleaning icons in the logo, we would like just the name Rich Cleaning Co. and a frog with a crown on it's head. We are going to be printing on a vehicle wrap and need very high quality vector image source files.

The attached files are only a loose reference. We like the logo for Panorama, and we like the orientation of the frog.
