Logo Design Brief

We would like a logo design / font design for our accomodation business in Phillip Island, Victoria, Australia called 'the Loft - Phillip Island'. It's a luxury apartment right near the beach with ocean and farmland views for adults / couples only (2 people max). I'd like to see 'The Loft' as the main part of the design, but also mention Phillip Island, and have some sort of minimalist logo that we can use for our branding that has some sort of ocean or architectural feel.
