Logo Design Brief

Looking for a sleek and fresh logo design for a real estate title company located in Miami, Florida. We close (signing the paperwork & insuring the title to the property) the purchase and sale of real estate for buyers, sellers, realtors and lenders. We are open to ideas on color schemes, but like the "Miami Vice" set up (like an Aqua & Pink) most; or something straight-forward like black, white and grey. I would like to see designs that are either "Business Initials & Lettermark", "Abstract & Combination" or "Calligraphy & Graffiti". A cool but probably difficult idea to pull off would be something with the letters "CTC" in a graffiti style/print that also displays a house (like an abstract image); it could also be just one letter of "CTC" in that style with the remaining tied in. Or the "C's" in a graffiti style with the "T" as a house key or a quill pen, etc. With the graffiti style design, it should only be the "CTC" (or a letter within it), "Title, Inc." should be in a regular/print font that is readable but ties in, also, would prefer that part in black, only the "CTC" portion of the design should have the color scheme. Ideally it would still look professional and be easily used for other branding like business cards, T-Shirts/Polos, etc. Or something where the letters "CTC" are incorporated into a skyline image. Something simple, sleek, modern and professional looking (just not old and basic) is also a possibility. We are pretty open to ideas and are happy to answer questions to help in the creative/design process and direction. Thanks

• A design where "CTC" is done in a graffiti style text but also displaying the image of a house within the lettering (tied in, like an abstract). Or "CTC" in a graffiti style text but "T" in the image of house key. Or "CTC" in a simple single line design with a city skyline incorporated into it.
