Logo Design Brief

Project Overview:
I am a social media creator focused on homesteading, featuring content related to chickens, gardening, and self-sufficiency. My username is "deweylikedonuts," although my content has nothing to do with donuts, and my name is not really Dewey. My TikTok channel started as a fun channel, and then I found my groove in the homesteading/gardening niche. It was too late to change my username at that point, so deweylikedonuts is the username I have stuck with.

The logo will be prominently featured in my online presence, on my upcoming website focused on homesteading and gardening, and on various merchandise such as t-shirts, cups, mugs, and stickers. I'm open to creative suggestions for the logo design. My initial thoughts were rustic, yet clean and simple, but I'm not set on a specific design style. I want something that captures the essence of community, self-sufficiency, and freedom, while promoting the values of homesteading, raising chickens, gardening, and living a healthy life. The logo should convey a sense of authenticity, self-reliance, and the belief in personal freedom.

Logo Elements:
The logo should prominently feature the username "deweylikedonuts" and/or DLDas a symbolic element within the design.
The design should reflect homesteading, self-sufficiency, chickens, and/or gardening themes.

I'm NOT a fan of the thin-lined, barn/farm-inspired logos many homesteaders use, so please stay away from that style
While rustic and clean design styles are preferred, designers are encouraged to explore various creative directions.
Ensure legibility in different sizes for digital and physical applications.
Ensure the design is timeless and not trendy.

Color Preferences:
I do not have specific color preferences, but natural, earthy tones or a palette that compliments the homesteading theme would be a good starting point. But feel free to use your creative freedom.

Design Usage:
The logo will be used on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, as well as my website. Additionally, it will be applied to merchandise like t-shirts, cups, mugs, and stickers.
