Logo Design Brief

In need of a professional, soft, elegant logo design for a new Australian based company mostly based around breastfeeding supplies but not limited to this also. We need a logo that doesn't lock us into just that, but can also expand into things like baby feeding supplies, toys, carriers, all things mum and baby related. Our initial products will be handsfree breastfeeding pumps.
I'm envisioning a logo that uses Calligraphy or a very smart font and preferably using metallic purple as its main colour but am open to your interpretation of a high end colour.
