Graphic Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new firm that I'm starting called Crescentis HR. "Crescentis" stems from the latin verb crescere meaning "to become visible"..."to come into being"..."to progress"...."to grow". That's because my firm is all about growth! I will offer individual coaching to leaders (personal growth), team coaching (team growth), and also organization-wide change management services (organizational growth). The final design should communicate growth, partnership, trust and optimism. Final design should be simple and timeless yet modern.
