Logo Design Brief

We are a property management company that has been around for over 30 years and need a logo. We manage rental houses and homeowner associations. We are innovative, use modern digital processes, but also want to appear traditional.
The logo should contain turquoise, perhaps a suitable contrasting color (favorite gray).
It should be modern and convey seriousness. A house or bird (company name) should not be directly visible, i.e. no roof or skyline directly.
Either these elements (house and/or bird) are only hinted at or omitted entirely.
The logo should appear discreet and minimalistic. Not in the “classic crossed keys” style.
