Logo Design Brief

need 3 logo variations, an emblem, a logo lockup, and a stacked logo. Also need a version in full colour and black and white.
About the partnership: We are a team of real estate agents specializing in small revenue properties (multiple dwellings). We all work for RE/MAX so logo doesn't need to be in remax colors but has to complement it.
Need to take out the Word "Équipe" and just use "Multi-Logements LLN"
