I'd like to go with your design. I'm trying to communicate a color scheme in a way that translates universally. I'm grabbing Benjamin Moore (BM) paint colors with pantone codes. Let me know if this is helpful:
Champion Cobalt (BM #2061-20): RGB: 32 76 99 | HEX: #204C63 | LRV: 6.34%
Tidal Wave (BM #2061-50): RGB: 122 188 213 | HEX: #7ABCD5 | LRV: 44.75%
Bright Yellow (BM #2022-30): RGB: 255 207 0 | HEX: #FFCF00 | LRV: 68.07%

Spokes/Circles & Lightening = Bright Yellow
Top Right of "P" = Tidal Wave
"S's" and left side of "P" = Champion Cobalt
