Logo Design Brief

I need some artwork, in the shape of a shield/coat of arms. Something that can be embroidered into a patch that could be added to jackets/coveralls etc... Would like 2013-2023 or some reference to the years included. We are a Canadian oilfield service company, www.stingraywellwolutions.com
I have attached a copy of our 5 yrs logo but don't want a copy or likeness of it necessarily!
