Project Brief: Documendo Website Redesign in WordPress

Introduction: Documendo, a cutting-edge document creation solution, aims to revolutionize the tedious process of crafting contracts, offers, forms, and other documents. By saving customers valuable time, streamlining workflows, and minimizing human error, Documendo has become an essential tool. As a technology company with a diverse clientele, we're set to boost our online presence through a refreshed WordPress website. Beyond a modernized website, we aspire to establish a stronger brand identity, incorporating graphic elements seamlessly into our online presence.

Current Status: Currently hosted on WordPress, Documendo's existing website serves its purpose but is ready for a visual transformation. Our goal is to maintain a modern and attractive appearance while upholding our commitment to simplicity and efficiency. Notably, the website is currently only in Danish. The redesigned structure should include a language switch function to cater to future international customers.

Objectives:
• Modern Aesthetic: Redesign the website with a fresh and modern vibe, reflecting innovation in the document creation sphere.
• User-Friendly: Prioritize an intuitive design for seamless navigation, ensuring visitors easily understand our offerings and benefits.
• Informative Content: Strike a balance between attractiveness and informativeness, clearly communicating Documendo's value proposition and simplifying business processes.
• Graphic Elements: Integrate visually appealing graphics that enhance the site's aesthetics and contribute to our overall visual identity. These elements should be versatile for future use in social media, advertisements, and other branding materials.
• Brand Recognition: Maintain our current logo and color scheme while exploring creative ways to establish a distinctive brand identity. The website should be a cornerstone for a cohesive branding strategy.
• Media Integration: Include images or videos on the website to enhance engagement. Find suitable, free-to-use visuals.
• Responsiveness: Ensure the design is responsive and works seamlessly on all devices.
• Demo Booking Form: Improve the design of the form to book a demo.
• Multilingual Support: Enable language transformation; the website is currently in Danish but should cater to other countries.

• WordPress Theme: Use any WordPress theme below $100.
• Logo Redesign: Not needed; stick to the referenced color palette, as our new logo uses these colors.
• Color Palette: Stick to the existing company colors for consistency:
