Book Cover Design Brief

I work for an HVAC trade association that publishes technical manuals. We have a series of books that need new covers since there have been many changes.

I'd like the books to have a similar style to each other (like the current Manual S and D, see below). Here is a listing of all our current manuals https://www.acca.org/standards/technical-manuals. We plan on updating more in the future, like H, , N and ZR. So I'd like a design that we can continue on.

The 3 covers I need are
1. Manual J Residential Load Calculation

I included our logos and style guide as a resource. But I'm open to all images and colors. The audience is primarily engineers, software developers, code officials and HVAC technicians. These 3 manuals are aimed at residential (single-family homes/townhomes) in the United States.
