Logo Design Brief

I have included our original St Andys logo but want a retro 80s/90s logo as shown below very similar or exact to retro shirts included in pictures. This is on is for a local Mardi Gras that we have here in Panama City Florida. We are going to do it for 2024 shirts so we would like to incorporate this logo with on the top. It’s saying St Andys sports pub and then on the bottom it says Panama City, Florida, 2024.
