Logo Design Brief

Looking for help creating a logo design for a Software as a Service (SAAS) company called "Spot-Lyte" or "SPOT-LYTE". The purpose of the SAAS is to help commercially focused, independent insurance agents and brokers shine a stronger spotlight on performance metrics that align with their carrier partners and insured's interests and objectives. (Perhaps our tagline will say something like "Focus on Performance" or "Performance Focused"?) The final design should convey innovation, analytics, high performance, & financial credibility. Green or Gold are colors that appear to convey these thoughts - specifically Peridot (hex B4C324).
