Tattoo Design Brief

Hi,
I am keen to design a back tattoo that covers most of my back.
The theme of the tattoo is as a memorial graphic to commemorate 9 colleagues I lost in a helicopter crash on the island of Nias in 2005.
I have attached a pdf the shows the basic elements I would like, starting with text at the top, then a stylised image of a seaking helicopter beneath that, on top of a WW1 style image of 9 soldiers walking through a field-setting, then with some more text below it.
Please see pdf attached for rough mockup, but I would really appreciate these elements to be combined into an overall theme/graphic.
