Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new lending company called Streetly Capital. We provide mortgages for business purpose loans, mostly to real estate investors for a fix and flip house. We want the logo to be recognizable and memorable among all of the other companies out there, while still leaning more minimalistic. Color preferences are in the blues and greens, if any at all. We are open to an icon but would like the icon to be a bit more tied to the name. So maybe something with an 'S'? Not against other icon options but just don't want some random generic one that doesn't speak to the brand at all. We are a lender but do not want any dollar signs or anything to do with money, other than the color green. We are also open to some sort of streetlight incorporation into the name or icon, as long as it has a modern feel and not a clipart feel. The name Streetly is derived from the word Street, tying into the real estate side of things. We mostly lend money to real estate investors. We are also open to stacking the Streetly on top of Capital, with Capital being a smaller text. We will likely refer to ourselves mostly as 'Streetly' but the full name is Streetly Capital.
