T-shirt Design Brief

We are a West Coast based company (Vancouver Island) called Salty Cove. We want to have shirt designs that reflect our elements as we are surrounded by nature, but including an edgier vibe. Neo traditional/flash tattoo style (or at least a tattoo vibe) is what we are going for. We want to have a design that can be large on the back of the shirt and small badge on the front. The design should have no more than 4 colours to easily be screen printed or DTG printed. A PNG file would be needed for DTG and a Vector file for screen print. We want to have the flexibility in how the design is printed. Colours that may be nice to see turquoise/teal, tan, white and black, but we are open to others. We want to showcase our beautiful waterfalls that hide in the middle of the rugged forest. Tee would be called Diamond in the Rough (script could go on shirt if it seems to work with the design). The elements in the design would include, a waterfall, a few trees, a diamond, and a skull, and could include mountains. Concept we were thinking bear skull, waterfall coming out of the eye socket, trees growing out of the skull, diamond clenched in teeth, if including script (near bottom of design, font in scrolls). I would like the waterfall to be the biggest focus if possible. Please don't limit designs to this one concept. Thank you. This tee will be printed on a black or tan shirt. I will attach the the name out of our logo, if it can be placed somewhere on the back shirt design in whatever colour works. Thank you very much.
