Logo Design Brief

I have a single person LLC which needs a logo. The purpose of the LLC is to collect historical military vehicles. The concept is inside of ever grown man is a little boy that still wants to play with military vehicles (e.g. Tanks & Trucjs).

The logo I have envisioned is a cartoon boy standing with his left hand held up at 45 degree angle holding the famous "little boy" bomb which helped save lives by ending the war early. To the right I can use the LLC name (Little Boy Ventures) if I need a rectangle logo. Just the cartoon if square & just the head or bomb if I need a favicon. I suggest limiting colors to two. Most times will be used with white or no background.
