Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my plantation. I grow fruits and vegetables using hydroponics in the greenhouse. The cultivation is healthy, sustainable and future-proof. The logo is also embroidered on the employees' clothes (so clear colors).
I really like the attached example. The inner part (leaves) of the logo should be able to be replaced with abstract product images (strawberries, chili, lettuce, microgreens, etc.)
