Logo Design Brief

We are needing a logo designed for a thoroughbred stable and stud based in Australia.
"Price Thoroughbreds" is on the coast so we have a strong ocean theme for our stable. Our colours are mostly tangerine with some grey but we wouldn't mind if some black was incorporated also. I like the idea of a horse coming out of a wave or the ocean being included in the logo as well as a horse. We want the design to be sleek and classy with easy to read writing.
