Flyer Design Brief

The aim for the Capability statement is for us to look more professional when we meet someone or after cold calling and have to send them our business details.
Need something simple, efficient and to the point.

It should have the following content
- Our mission (details can be as attached PDF)
- Areas we service (this can be a google map of areas we service but basically the areas are
Metro Sydney with our work centralised around the Norwest, Hills, Inner west and Epping area)
- List of services we provide (as PDF)
- Details about us; who we are, contact details, licenses (as PDF)
- Why they should choose us

Right now, we're just after a nice format we're happy with, the details we are happy to provide with once we have a design in mind.
