Graphic Design Brief

I am after a multi-use digital rendering of our family crest (i.e., various file formats).
I attach two files: a scan from a book and a photo of a wooden shield.
I would like:
1. A single version consistent with both. The lion and the fleur de lisle are similar and follow the typical heraldic styles. A compromise between the two. The border to these elements has a slightly different shape - simpler in the scan. Overall, I would prefer a simpler and less baroque look. The scan has dots surrounding the lion. I would like to see it with and without the dots.
2. A version with is simply the centre-piece extracted - the lion, the fleur de lisle and the border to these elements.
