Word Template Design Brief

Repair & Assure are an established home appliance repair and warranty provider looking to rebrand the letters sent to our customers with a new and fresh design.

Please refer to our website for our colour scheme and logo which we are not looking to change:

The letters which we are looking to have redesigned are:
Welcome letters / confirmation paperwork
Basic letter template

Welcome letters:
Page 1 – Opening / Welcome
Page 2 – Plan documentation details
Page 3 & 4 – Terms & Conditions

We can provide a copy of our current welcome / confirmation letters but as we are looking for full redesign, we are looking to steer away from what we have been using historically.

We will be running further projects and we are looking to use the same designer which we pick from this competition so please consider this when submitting your designs.

An example of our current Welcome documentation has been uploaded for the purpose of example of the placement of the content. As per the brief, we are not looking for a similar design but purely uploading the current documentation to give you an idea of what we are currently using.
