Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo designed for a company I'm starting. We specialize in doing secondary powerline work, like trenching, setting poles and running cables to buildings for power. We have a digger truck for setting poles and drilling holes and I would like the logo to incorporate something like that, and/or incorporate a powerline technician working on a line, I included two pictures as references.
