Different methods of payment, including Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and written checks. Please include 60-90 minute response time. Please include our 3 services, water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and sewage clean-up. A simple 2 sided flyer.

Nice to have

• Fairly simple design, not too busy. At least 1-2 pictures of water damage and/or mold remediation.

Should not have

• A dollar amount, we would like it to be open ended. Stock photos of smiling people.
