Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo design to support sale of homemade fudge (that recently came in first place at a local competition). It should include the text "Blue Ribbon Fudge Shop" and prominently feature a blue ribbon rosette. This is a logo that should be able to be printed on different materials, but most commonly a sticker that will affix to the container holding the fudge. The logo should look good on a variety of colors, most often white, gold, and silver. This fudge will primarily be marketed around holidays/events (ex: christmas, valentine's day, teacher appreciation week, football season) and feature packaging that corresponds to the holiday/event.
