Word Template Design Brief

I have written a training manual called Beyond Belief. I need a design for the manual I can put the materials into for small groups of people to use.
This means a cover along with a page design that looks appealing but doesn't distract from the content.
We already have an organisational logo and colour scheme. It would be great to have at nine different page designs as the manual will have nine sessions of learning. So one design for each session of content.
I have uploaded some of the example materials we have designed from another designer as well so you can see the kind of look and feel our other materials have.
I have also uploaded the introduction and the first session of the content so you can use it to help shape the design.

As you will see in the sessions, each session has small group activities, discussion questions and a video content session for the group to watch. All nine sessions will be designed in a similar way.
There will also be a second booklet to design of daily reflections so a successful design for this workbook will lead to a second project with the same look and feel.
