Graphic Design Brief

We need a sign for a "Store" called Meta-mart.
We are HCI Energy and make renewable energy equipment (Solar and Wind). Meta-mart is our company warehouse with supplies (solar panels, generators, transformers, nuts and bolts as well as tools and other equipment.
We are defining the Meta-mart as a store and want it to feel / look like a Home Depot or Auto-parts store where there are rules for payment and checkout.
I have included the key messages below in Black and white, but the designs should employ some color (company colors are blue and green) and possible stylized logo. The design should communicate an Official store or area. The signage would likely be Landscape in an 24 x 18 ratio.
