Graphic Design Brief

Hello. I am looking for a book cover for a book titled "Hotshot Decision Making: From the Fireline to the Boardroom". I have included a basic design of what I am looking for. It should have a wildland firefighter climbing a hill on the left side and a business man with a briefcase climbing stairs on the right. I like the trees in the background from the hotshot association logo but not too sure about the orange. I would like to have tree silhouettes in the background on the left and sky skyscrapers on the right that meet in the middle. I think where the two sides come together it should be intersected with an arrow to describe a path in decision making.
