T-shirt Design Brief

i would like a serious mostly gold, with the earth green/blue and the skull black design. I want it to be a hour glass wrapped in barbwire. Inside the hour glass i want the top to have the earth and then i want the earth turning into sand falling to the bottom of the hour glass and then turning into a skull. I would like a compass around the design with N, E, S, W on the outside of the design.
