Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our new homemade fast food.
The name is “Atelier Pio”
and the subtitle is "Flavors & Street Food"
We provide pizzas, burgers, gnocchi, salads, deserts and drinks.
We have a lot of flexitarian options, but not only.
It is all home made, tasty, and with very good quality. The prices are higher than average.
The place is only for takeaway, we do not have seats, however it is large enough.
We would like the logo to be modern, joyful, probably with colors reminding Italy (some green - white - red / not necessarily all of them) - in a subtle way of course.
Attached is a first creation we did on our own, however we are sure you can make something much better!!
