Tattoo Design Brief

would like a cross tattoo with the dates , dates don't have to be in the middle but incorporated somehow. need something clean with shading around the tattoo. kids birthdays are 12-7-2005 and 1-11-2008. would also like a john 3:16 reference somehow in the design. would like some type of shading as well in the design. my plan is to have this on my shoulder/arm. samples attached are similar to what I am looking for.
